Catling knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. She was very thoughtful about the customers experience and provided 2 types of eye mask to shield the lights from my eyes, one simple towel on my back and an elasticated mask for when I was on my side (I am not able to lie on my front at the moment). No other therapist has ever been so considerate. She has a lovely calm manner Will def be going back.
